Privacy policy

Effective date: 20 October 2026. This integration is operated locally for its account owner's personal use. It is not a service for third-party registrations.

Information accessed and purpose

With the owner's Google OAuth consent, the integration may access email messages and attachments, calendar entries, Drive files, contacts, documents, spreadsheets, presentations and tasks. It uses information needed to fulfill the owner's instructions, such as finding correspondence, preparing replies, managing schedules, and working on documents.

Processing and disclosure

Local scripts communicate with Google APIs. When the owner requests AI-assisted processing, necessary task content may also be sent to the model service configured and permitted by the owner's current processing policy. Local operation does not mean that all AI inference happens on the local computer. OAuth credentials are used for API authentication and are not intended as model input.

The integration does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. AI processing is for the requested user-facing task, not for developing or training generalized AI models.

Storage and control

OAuth credentials are retained in the owner's local user profile. Requested downloads, working files and operation records may be retained locally until removed by the owner. Remote items remain subject to the owner's Google account settings and actions. This policy does not promise that third-party model services have zero retention.

The owner may stop local jobs, remove local credentials and working copies, or revoke the integration from the Google account's third-party connections settings. Revoking authorization stops future authorized API access but does not itself remove previously saved local files or remote documents.
